1) Question of the week

2) Monthly Market Update

The beginning of each month I will post an updated infograph about the previous month's market stats. No hard to interpret stats - it will be the simplest market update you've ever seen

3) Flips of the week

I've been getting a lot of response from my weekly power of sales emails (click HERE if you want to be added to the list) and have been asked to add a weekly email strictly based for 'flips'. Meaning properties I feel are rundown, and if renovated, could generate a nice profit. Beginning in October, every single week, if you sign up, you'll receive an email with 'flips'. Maybe I'll call it "flippin' fridays" ?

In between all of this, I will continue to blog post at least twice a week with rants, observations and the occassional guest post.
